Our team thoroughly examine each item before packing it. If you still find any item broken or are not satisfied with quality of the item, you can exchange or return it within 2 days of receiving the order.
Following conditions are applicable for acceptance of Exchange or Refund:
In case of size exchange, an item must be unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging
In case 0f size exchange, customer will have to bear the delivery charges
Collectionary Store will only pay the return delivery charges if the item delivered was damaged

The refunded amount will be transferred back within 48 hours through Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa or JazzCash (Customer’s Choice)
Refund will be processed subjected to valid reasons
